📚 Redeem Codes Not Working? Common Reasons and How to Fix Them

Most codes are only valid for days or weeks after they are announced, especially event and stream codes. If a code fails with "expired" or "invalid," it has very likely run out — always use fresh codes from an official source and enter them as soon as you see them.

Codes are case-sensitive in many games and mix letters with numbers that look alike (O and 0, I and l). Copy and paste the code instead of typing it, remove any trailing spaces, and double-check similar characters before submitting.

Some codes only work on specific servers or regions, and every code can normally be claimed once per account. If you already redeemed it — or you are on the wrong server — the game will reject it. Check that the code matches your region and that you have not used it before.
