🎯 Tipps & Strategie

  1. Plan before you touch a card — since everything is visible, you can map a route to the cards you need.
  2. Keep free cells empty as long as you can; each occupied cell shrinks how many cards you can move at once.
  3. Empty a whole column early — empty columns, like free cells, multiply your moving capacity.
  4. Free the Aces and 2s first so the foundations can start absorbing low cards.
  5. Don't rush cards to the foundation if they still help organise the tableau, such as parking an opposite-colour card.

Häufige Fragen

Are all FreeCell games winnable?

Nearly — of the original Microsoft deals, only game #11982 is famously unsolvable. With good planning the vast majority can be won.

What are the free cells for?

They are four temporary slots that each hold one card, letting you unstack the tableau. The fewer you use, the more cards you can move in one logical step.

What's the biggest beginner mistake in FreeCell?

Filling all four free cells with no plan to empty them, which leaves you stuck. Treat free cells and empty columns as precious, limited resources.
